Fondo Italiano d’Investimento, a multi-asset fund manager, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Corradi e Ghisolfi, a company that specialises in agricultural-powered plants and for patents and innovative solutions that service agricultural plants, aiming to maximise efficiency, yield and production. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an important strategic decision, and a necessary step to address the commitments deriving from the impressive investment plan planned in the biomethane and sustainability sector," Paolo Corradi, Corradi e Ghisolfi CEO and chairman.
