Fondo Italiano d’Investimento, a multi-asset fund manager, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Corradi e Ghisolfi, a company that specialises in agricultural-powered plants and for patents and innovative solutions that service agricultural plants, aiming to maximise efficiency, yield and production. Financial terms were not disclosed.
