Domusa Group completed the acquisition of Technic Aviation.

Domusa Group, a MRO and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partner in the aviation market, completed the acquisition of Technic Aviation, an independent player in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services for critical aeronautical equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The integration of Technic Aviation, a leader in MRO for wheels, brakes, and propellers, into the Domusa Group, further strengthens our positioning. Beyond the extensive historical capabilities provided by our entities Equip’aero and Satori, almost all aircraft equipment families are now covered by our entire maintenance network.
