Accel-KKR-backed ESTELA, an electronic tax documentation software, agreed to acquire DBNet, a fintech company, and DigiFlow, a software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We help thousands of mid-market and enterprise customers do and grow business with ease, even as digital, tax and fiscal compliance become mandated in more countries across Latin America.
