Abris Capital-backed Scanmed completed the acquisition of Med-Lux.

Abris Capital-backed Scanmed, a healthcare business, completed the acquisition of Med-Lux, a company that runs two clinics and a rehabilitation center. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Med-Lux is another step in our ambitious buy-and-build strategy for Scanmed.
