Longacre Group completed the acquisition of Versiv Composites.

Longacre Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Versiv Composites, an Irish company that develops and manufactures advanced coated fabrics, films, and laminates. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to welcome Versiv to Longacre Group.
