Mainova, a water supply company, completed the acquisition of Delta-t Messdienst Andreas Völker, a manufacturer of water and heat meter. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We see great synergy potential through close cooperation between the two companies. We want to jointly expand the submetering product portfolio in combination with other energy services in order to be able to provide our customers with more holistic support," Diana Rauhut, Mainova board member.
