Jacob Cohën completed the acquisition of JC Industry from Sinv.

Jacob Cohën, a luxury jeans label owner, completed the acquisition of JC Industry, the licensed producer and distributor, from Sinv, a manufacturer and distributor of clothing and accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of JC Industry is a further step in the development and expansion of Jacob Cohën.
