iClick, an enterprise and marketing cloud platform, terminated the merger agreement with TSH Investment, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. On March 8, 2024, iClick announces shareholders' approval of the merger agreement. iClick is exercising its right to terminate the merger agreement and demanding the Parent to pay the $1.8m termination fee by May 9, 2024. As a result of the termination of the Merger Agreement, the proposed merger will not be completed.
