TJC completed the acquisition of Commercial Aviation Solutions from L3Harris Technologies for $800m.

TJC, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Commercial Aviation Solutions, a route development advisors, from L3Harris Technologies, an American technology company, defense contractor and information technology services provider for $800m. “L3Harris’ CAS business is a global leader with a long history of providing highly engineered products at the intersection of data, communications and safety.
