First Brands Group to acquire Hopkins Manufacturing Corporation from ONCAP.

First Brands Group, a global automotive parts company, agreed to acquire Hopkins Manufacturing Corporation, a manufacturer and marketer of specialized towing products and functional accessories, from ONCAP, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
