Toyota Tsusho America completed the acquisition of Norton Solar Farm from Avantus.

Toyota Tsusho America, a multi-market and multi-business enterprise supporting clean energy projects, completed the acquisition of Norton Solar Farm, a solar photovoltaic power generating facility, from Avantus, an American photovoltaic power plants and energy storage developer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
