Thompson Street-backed Savillex completed the acquisition of Onfab from Foresight Group.

Thompson Street-backed Savillex, a specialized material handling solutions manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Onfab, a producer of bespoke, flexible single-use containment solutions used in small molecule and biopharmaceutical drug manufacturing, from Foresight Group, a private equity and venture capital business. Financial terms were not disclosed.
