Testbusters, a community-based provider of preparatory services for applicants to top universities in Italy, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in UniAdmissions, a digital-based provider of courses for applicants to Oxbridge, Medicine, and Law universities in the UK. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Becoming part of the Testbusters family, with its strong commitment to international growth in the university admissions preparation market, is a great result for our business.
