Zucchetti, an Italian company that produces software, hardware and services, agreed to acquire an additional 26% stake in AWMS, a workforce management platform, from AzzurroDigitale, a digital boutique specializing in the implementation of “human centered” digital transformation projects for manufacturing industries. Financial terms were not disclosed.
