Myrium, a provider of maintenance, renovation and work on built heritage issues company, completed the acquisition of Degree Celsius, a provider of installation work and maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, as well as plumbing systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. By joining Myrium, Degré Celsius will be able to rely on multiple complementary expertise, offer more complete offers to its customers, support them with our other companies on other technical packages (electrical engineering, generators, envelope, etc.).
