Frontenac completed the acquisition of Integrated Openings Solutions.

Frontenac, a Chicago-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Integrated Openings Solutions, an established, value-added specialty distributor and service provider of commercial door openings and access control solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this investment, IOS expects to expand into new markets and broaden its product offerings in the commercial door and security solutions sector. Founders Joe Lopez and Nick McCarty are excited to lead the company with Frontenac’s expertise in partnering with founders and existing management teams to grow and scale businesses.
