Blue Earth Capital completed the investment in NewLeaf Symbiotics and Qnovo from RockPort Capital Partners.

Blue Earth Capital, a private equity firm, completed the investment in NewLeaf Symbiotics, an agtech company focused on developing sustainable agricultural products using bacteria and related microbes, and Qnovo, a software company, from RockPort Capital Partners, a venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to partner with BlueEarth to extend the life of our fund. They bring smart capital to this collaboration given their impact investing expertise and will provide the necessary support for RockPort to help facilitate successful exits for our portfolio companies,” David Prend, RockPort Managing Partner.
