Numa Group completed the acquisition of YAYS from Proprium.

Numa Group, an operator of a fully digitalized hospitality platform, completed the acquisition of YAYS, a serviced apartment platform, from Proprium, a privately-held real estate-focused principal investing firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our mission at NUMA is to create a new category in hospitality that meets the needs of modern consumers.
