A group of investors to invest in Baja Aqua.

A group of investors, including Continental Grain Company, Organización Cultiba, Equity Group Investments and Castle Harlan, agreed to invest in Baja Aqua, a vertically integrated Bluefin tuna rancher. Financial terms were not disclosed. The partnership provides strategic support and a source of additional capital for the Company to meet the growing demand in the seafood industry.
