InnovaFonds, a management company with industrial and financial expertise in growth capital and buyout transactions, completed the investment in Dydesys, a management consultancy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Dydesys Group operates mainly in the field of B2B technological products and services for the electronics and industrial monitoring sectors.
