Ashtead Technology to acquire Rathmay for £53.5m.

Ashtead Technology, a subsea equipment rental and solutions provider for the global offshore energy sector, agreed to acquire ACE Winches, a company specialising in n the design, assembly and rental of lifting, pulling and deployment solutions, for £53.5m.
