Aurora Capital Partners-backed Impact Environmental Group completed the acquisition of Capital Compactors.

Aurora Capital Partners-backed Impact Environmental Group, a company that provides products and services to the global waste and recycling industry, completed the acquisition of Capital Compactors, a service provider of waste compactors and recycling balers in the UK. Financial terms were not disclosed.
