Vail Resorts completed the acquisition of Crans-Montana from CPI Property Group for CHF118.5m.

Vail Resorts, a network of the best destination and close-to-home ski resorts, completed the acquisition of Crans-Montana, a ski resort, from CPI Property Group, a real estate company, for CHF118.5m. "Crans-Montana is an iconic ski destination in the heart of the Swiss Alps, with a unique heritage, incredible terrain, passionate team, and a community dedicated to the success of the region," Kirsten Lynch, Vail Resorts Chief Executive Officer.
