Tenaris completed the acquisition of Shawcor from Mattr for $183m.

Tenaris, a manufacturer and supplier of steel pipes and related services, completed the acquisition of Shawcor, a materials technology company, from Mattr for $183m. The business acquired includes nine plants located in Canada, Mexico, Norway, Indonesia, the UAE and the US, and several mobile concrete plants. The business also includes world-class R&D facilities in Canada and Norway and a wide IP/product portfolio.
