Roca Group to acquire Soda Fresh.

Roca Group, a company dedicated to the production and sale of solutions that cover all the needs of the bathroom space, agreed to acquire Soda Fresh, , a producer of faucets that supplies boiling, sparkling and filtered water. Financial terms were not disclosed.
