Sustainable Development Capital completed the acquisition of Volery Capital from Ares Management.

Sustainable Development Capital, a specialist investment firm, completed the acquisition of Volery Capital, a private equity firm investing in rapidly growing companies that power the energy transition, from Ares Management, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are in uniquely exciting times for the energy transition, and the financial sector has a vital part to play in delivering net zero.
