Nevro completed the acquisition of Vyrsa Technologies for $75m.

Nevro, a provider of pain relief solutions for patients suffering from low back pain and other types of chronic pain, completed the acquisition of Vyrsa Technologies, a provider of a solution to chronic SI joint pain by securely stabilizing the SI joint, for $75m. "The acquisition of Vyrsa leverages Nevro's ability to drive long-term shareholder value by accelerating our key strategic initiatives of commercial execution, market penetration, and profit progress. Vyrsa offers differentiated implants to our current call point of physicians that will help drive growth.
