A consortium of investors completed the acquisition of a 19.87% stake in Computer Age Management Services from Warburg Pincus for $324m.

A consortium of investors, including IFL Mutual Fund, Kotak Mahindra, Birla Sun Life, WhiteOak, Goldman Sachs Singapore, India Acorn, Societe Generale, Morgan Stanley Asia, and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority completed the acquisition of a 19.87% stake in Computer Age Management Services, a mutual fund transfer agency, from Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm, for $324m.
