Vertiv, a global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, agreed to acquire CoolTera, a provider of liquid cooling infrastructure solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This bolt-on technology acquisition is consistent with our long-term strategic vision for value creation, and further strengthens our expertise in high-density cooling solutions.
