Saica Group to acquire Ecovidal-Miguel Vidal e Hijos.

Saica Group, a company that manufacturers of recovered paper for corrugated cardboard, agreed to acquire Ecovidal-Miguel Vidal e Hijos, a waste management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Thanks to this acquisition, the company reinforces, through its Saica Natur division, its presence in the Henares corridor, an important business, industrial and residential hub in the northeast of the Community of Madrid," Saica Group.
