Elia Group, a builder and operator of the high-voltage transmission system operator, agreed to acquire a 35.1% stake in energyRe Giga Projects, from energyRe, an independent US company solving complex sustainability challenges and delivering large-scale clean energy solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
