Verzatec completed the acquisition of Plastiglas from Unigel.

Verzatec, a provider of materials for construction and transportation, completed the acquisition of Plastiglas, acrylic sheets specialist, from Unigel, a chemical company that produces acrylics, styrenics, and nitrogen fertilizers and manufactures plastics and packaging products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
