Aspen Pharmacare Holdings, a global multinational specialty pharmaceutical company, agreed to acquire the Chinese business of Sandoz, a pharmaceutical company for €92.6m. “The acquisition represents an attractive opportunity for Aspen to take a major step in our stated strategic objective of increasing our presence in China.
