Resurgens Technology Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Valant, a provider of SaaS-based electronic health record and practice management software for behavioral health providers, from Gemspring Capital, a middle-market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
