Abertis completed the acquisition of Autovía del Camino from UBS AM.

Abertis, a worldwide corporation engaged in toll road management, completed the acquisition of Autovía del Camino, a shadow toll, from UBS AM, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We're in the middle of a new stage of key growth for the future of Abertis.
