Ivanhoe Electric to acquire Kaizen Discovery.

Ivanhoe Electric, a mineral exploration and development company, agreed to acquire Kaizen Discovery, a mineral exploration company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The takeover will allow Kaizen shareholders to take part in Ivanhoe Electric’s potential future increase in value," Ivanhoe Electric.
