Granite completed the acquisition of Lehman-Roberts Company and Memphis Stone & Gravel Company.

Granite, a diversified construction and construction materials companies in the United States, completed the acquisition of Lehman-Roberts Company, an asphalt contractor, and Memphis Stone & Gravel Company, an infrastructure Company.
