Bully Pulpit International to acquire BOLDT.

Bully Pulpit International, an outcomes agency at the intersection of business, politics, and policy, agreed to acquire BOLDT, a senior-led European business strategy, public policy and communication consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition of BOLDT, BPI enters into the European market and can offer to the customers of the combined enterprise transatlantic services.
