The Riverside Company completed the acquisition of Brothers Gutters.

The Riverside Company, a global private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Brothers Gutters, a franchisor that provides gutter installation, replacement, maintenance and cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Brothers Gutters aligns with our strategy to extend Evive into the broader home services market. The extension into home services will allow Evive to address a larger segment of the US residential population with a comprehensive suite of services to enhance people’s lives,” Loren Schlachet, Riverside Micro-Cap Fund (RMCF) Managing Partner.
