Ciclad, a specialized investment fund in supporting SME growth in France, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in AlloVoisins, a marketplace in France dedicated to services and equipment rental, making it possible in just a few minutes to activate all the professionals and residents in the neighborhood who can meet all kinds of service needs from Verdoso, a private investment holding company, and M6, a company that provides multimedia services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
