Brandt Information Services completed the acquisition of Itinio.

Brandt Information Services, a company that creates technology to administer licenses and permits and develops other software, completed the acquisition of Itinio, a cloud-based reservations & management suite with responsive point-of-sale. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Itinio has a strong reputation among parks and recreation administrators for providing top-notch customer service with its configurable solution.
