Prometheus Group completed the acquisition of MobilOps from Turner Industries Group.

Prometheus Group, a provider of comprehensive and intuitive enterprise asset management software solutions, completed the acquisition of MobilOps, a plant management and field operations software, from Turner Industries Group, a turnkey industrial services and solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of MobilOps is an exemplification of our commitment to innovation and excellence in the industrial maintenance software space, and this move aligns with our mission," Eric Huang, Prometheus Group CEO.
