HMS Networks completed the acquisition of Red Lion Controls from Spectris for $345m.

HMS Networks, an industrial Information and communication technology company, completed the acquisition of Red Lion Controls, a computer hardware manufacturer, from Spectris, a precision instrumentation and controls supplier, for $345m. “We are very happy to welcome Red Lion into the HMS Networks family, the companies are a great match both when it comes to products, geographic presence, and cultural aspects.
