RWS, a provider of small calibre ammunition, pyrotechnic elements and components, completed the acquisition of Fürth and Sulzbach-Rosenberg sites of Dynamit Nobel, a chemicals and weapons company, from Albemarle Corporation, an American specialty chemicals manufacturing. Financial terms were not disclosed.
