Monterro completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Omnia from Precio Fishbone.

Monterro, a B2B software investor in the Nordics, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Omnia, a provider of cloud-based digital workplace software designed to improve employee experiences for mid to large organizations, from Precio Fishbone, a specialist company with the focus on Microsoft-based solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This partnership is a perfect match for us. Our mission is to support Nordic B2B software companies and enable them to become global players.
