Harvest Partners completed the acquisition of Road Safety Services from Parallel49 Equity.

Harvest Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Road Safety Services, a provider of a diverse set of pavement marking and other road safety-related services, from Parallel49 Equity, a private equity firm.
