Synopsis

Adapture Renewables, a solar project developer, agreed to acquire three solar projects in MISO Illinois & Arkansas, from TED Renewables, an independent power projects investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Over the last five years, TED Renewables has successfully executed three exceptional projects, and we are thrilled Adapture Renewables will carry them forward to completion,” Robert Shanklin, TED Renewables President and CEO.
