Yara to acquire the organic-based fertilizer business of Agribios Italiana.

Yara, a Norwegian chemical company, agreed to acquire the organic-based fertilizer business of Agribios Italiana, a manufacturer of organic and organo-mineral fertilizers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to welcome Agribios to the Yara family. Soil health is the foundation for resilient crop production and sustainable farming.
