Santander, a bank, agreed to acquire the Mexico asset management operation from BNP Paribas, a multinational universal bank and financial services holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Wealth management and insurance is one of the fastest-growing global businesses for the group, and Mexico is one of our main markets," Victor Matarranz, Santander Global Head of Wealth Management and Insurance.
