Sesa, an operator in Italy in technological and digital innovation, completed the acquisition of an additional 41% stake in Essedi Consulting, a specialized ICT boutique operating in the information technology sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We continue our path of competence development, further strengthening our specializations in software and application consulting for the business segment, in the face of a demand for digitalization coming from the business world that is confirmed to be constantly growing.
